Ron Anthony

Ron Anthony is a dedicated public school educator and school administrator with a deep passion for creating school environments where students feel valued, enjoy coming to school, and build meaningful relationships with principals, teachers, and peers. Drawing from his personal experiences, Ron shares his insights as a motivational speaker, school principal, husband, and father, all while inspiring others to embrace the transformative power of education.

Ron’s journey in teaching and leadership began as a teacher and football/basketball coach in Dallas, Texas. His practical ideas, delivered in a clear and engaging style, guide educators in shifting from traditional leadership models toward a more supportive, relational approach to educating children.

With a commitment to fostering positive school cultures, Ron continues to empower both students and educators to reach their full potential.

Ron has been an educator in Texas schools for over 22 years. Ron has served as teacher, coach, assistant principal and currently head principal of an elementary school in Richardson Texas. Ron is married to Tasha Anthony also a public school administrator. Together they have two sons Cameron and Mason and daughter McKinley Grace.
