Claire Brown

Claire Brown is a survivor and advocate who spent 9 years in an abusive marriage to a narcissist before finding the strength to break free. Leaving the relationship was the hardest and most frightening experience of her life, as she battled feelings of isolation and weakness. Through therapy and self-discovery, Claire rebuilt her life and is now dedicated to supporting others who are victims of narcissistic abuse. She writes insightful and empowering books on narcissism, how to escape toxic relationships, and how to raise emotionally strong and secure children. Claire’s work is a testament to her resilience, and she is committed to helping others find their way to healing and freedom. Claire lives with her children, dog, and cat in California.
