Dr. Eugene Lipov

Dr. Eugene Lipov is a leading expert in the treatment of post-traumatic stress and a pioneer in the use of Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) to alleviate PTSD symptoms. Inspired by his own family’s struggles with trauma, he has dedicated his career to restoring hope and improving the quality of life for those affected.

In 2006, Dr. Lipov adapted SGB—an FDA-approved procedure since the 1970s, traditionally used for pain and circulation disorders—into a groundbreaking treatment for PTSD. He later developed the Dual Sympathetic Reset (DSR) protocol, enhancing the effectiveness and consistency of patient outcomes.
