Sarah Fischer Pointer

Sarah Fischer Pointer is an attorney and author of books for all ages, including children's picture books, early and middle grade fiction, young adult fiction, memoirs, historical fiction, and contemporary romance. Her stories are inspired by resilience, compassion, and the extraordinary moments found in our everyday lives.

Born with Turner's Syndrome and a nearly lifelong wheelchair user, Sarah brings authenticity and heart to themes of disability, perseverance, love, loss, and hope. Whether writing about a determined young athlete, a shelter pet, young love, or the forgotten children of Nazi Germany, she strives to create characters who remind readers that courage often begins with a single act of kindness.

Sarah lives in Southwest Florida, where she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with family and her rescue pets.
