Amanda Thornton

Maryland born; Amanda has lived all across the US. As the daughter of a successful Master Chief in the Navy and his wife, she yearned to learn anything she could, in as many arts as possible. As an only child, she kept herself busy dabbling in music writing to metal weaving, crochet to cuisine, and then she found a love for children's books. She is a mother of two and a stepmother of two and the wife to a very loving man, named Lee. With hopes to bring smiles to young readers, and to make her children feel very loved, she will continue to build her personal bookshelf with whimsical stories with tid-bits of information to further a child's learning.
