Jens H. Wilhelm

Jens H. Wilhelm completed an apprenticeship as a mechanical engineer and then studied political science, history and Italian studies in Duisburg and Perugia, Italy. From 1990, he worked as a consultant in a senior position at an international PR agency in Düsseldorf. In 2000, he founded an IT company with his partner. Their clients include public institutions at all administrative levels.
