Thomas Misslin

Thomas D. Misslin, Program Director, Executive Education at emlyon business school, has worked alongside managers and organizations for over 20 years in France and the U.S. to support their core objective of developing collective performance by investing in the “human side of enterprise”. Thomas, a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review online and The Conversation, is currently pursuing an Executive Ph.D. at Paris-Dauphine focusing on learning from experience around a learning technology developed by the U.S. Army in the 1980s. He co-authored The Big 8: from training to transformation in 2021, UGA-PUG ed. A former officer in the French Foreign Legion and French reserve, he holds an LL.M. from Exeter University (UK), and an M.B.A. from Seattle University (U.S.).
