R.L. Thorton

R.L Thorton is an educator and writer from Strathroy Ontario, Canada. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Education degree from York University, He writes the stories he would have liked to read growing up.

As a member of the LGBTQ2S+ community, R.L Thorton is dedicated to creating narratives that highlight diverse voices, and feature LGBTQ2S+ characters in leading roles. His work aims to inspire readers and reflects the world around us.

In his free time, he enjoys diving into the pages of a good book, watching video about marine biology, and attending musicals and plays. R.L Thorton believes in the power of stories to connect us all and hope to encourage readers to embrace who they are and share stories of their own.
