Melina Packer

Dr. Melina Packer is an Assistant Professor of Race, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, on Ho-Chunk Nation land. She received her PhD in Society & Environment, with a Designated Emphasis in Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies, from the University of California, Berkeley. She is the author of _Toxic Sexual Politics_ (NYU Press, 2025) and co-author of _Feminism in the Wild_ (MIT Press, 2025).
