I started studying martial arts at the age of seven with a Master who first taught me judo then jiu-jitsu, I want to quote him here: Régis Manibal, because without him all this would not be 'would not have existed.

I also had other martial arts masters, particularly in karate and kobudo, who were able to enrich my martial arts practice.

This learning, notably judo, jiu-jitsu, karate and kobudo, allowed me to practice all martial arts and combat sports all over the world to the extent that I had the basic body hand in hand with the practice of judo, I knew the keys with ju-jitsu, striking with karate, but also the handling of weapons with kobudo.

I am curious to enrich myself with practice, stories and legends in martial arts.
