Jeff Jacobs

Jeff Jacobs is an Executive Coach and Facilitator, a Human Resources Leader and Practitioner, a non-profit Board Member, an Assistant Lecturer at Haas School of Business at Berkeley, a Mental Health Advocate, a musician, a perpetual student of compassionate leadership and mindfulness practices, and a participant in retreat, music, and prison ministry. For over thirty years Jeff has held a broad range of Human Resources leadership roles, mostly with Adobe, Intuit, and Juniper Networks, all culminating in his passion for and success as a coach and facilitator for executives and their senior leadership teams. He serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Community Solutions, a non-profit which provides support to help children, families, and individuals overcome the challenges posed by mental health issues, substance abuse, trauma, severe family dysfunction, sexual and domestic violence, and human trafficking. Jeff regularly works with the “men in blue” in Charlie Yard of Salinas Valley State Prison, and outside of work, he is married to his college sweetheart and is a proud father to two amazing sons. "Leading with Self Awareness, Starting from the Inside Out" is his first book.
