Elisa Galoni is an author and Psychology undergraduate with a particular interest in understanding how our emotions, thoughts, experiences, and relationships influence the way we live and connect with others.
Born in Mar del Plata, Argentina, her own story has been shaped by significant periods of change and adaptation: losing her father at a young age, becoming a mother, and experiencing the process of emigrating, leaving behind her country, her roots, and part of her emotional support network. These experiences sparked in her a deep curiosity about how we cope with loss, adapt to change, and rebuild our lives after going through difficult times.
That interest first led her to writing and later to pursue university studies in Psychology—a journey she continues today and one that has also transformed the way she understands personal growth.
She is the author of Ámate sin límites and Conectando con el corazón, two books focused on self-love, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and our relationships with others. Through her writing, she invites readers to understand themselves more deeply, make sense of their emotions, question patterns that cause distress, and build a more conscious relationship with themselves and those around them.
Today, Elisa combines writing with her Psychology studies and a new project focused on psychology and emotional well-being education and communication, where she explores topics such as self-esteem, emotions, relationships, breakups, boundaries, and the many forms of loss and grief.
Her purpose is not to offer perfect answers to everything we experience, but rather to bring us closer to a question that runs through both her books and this new chapter:
What changes when we begin to understand what we feel?
From this perspective emerges a new way of communicating—warm, human, and increasingly grounded in psychological knowledge—guided by the belief that understanding ourselves more deeply can help us relate differently to our own story, to others, and to ourselves.
