Rachel stumbled into a technology-first career when she was introduced to Salesforce over twenty years ago. She had the unique opportunity to learn Salesforce as it was growing into the product you all know today. Rachel started as a Marketing Associate in oil and gas focused on the business side of a CRM. Halfway into her career she ventured into the IT side focused on the delivery in the CRM space.
In a world where we are constantly driven towards hyper-connectivity she pushes to understand: what do we lose when we remove people from the equation? How do we stay connected and have resources that are optimizing their use of technology while keeping that human touch in customer interactions. She has led multiple companies on the quest to curate technology with the people at the heart.
In 2013, she received the Salesforce MVP Award. In 2019, she was inducted into the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame, recognizing her expertise and dedication to the Salesforce community. She has won multiple Salesforce awards: the Lighting Bright Ideas Award, the Data Driven Business Leader Award and was the original Lightning Champion with Salesforce. In 2024 she was awarded an Honored Listee as Who’s Who in America 2024 by the Marquis Group.
