Pastor Paul Steven Smith is a dynamic leader who in October 2001 launched Victory Fellowship Church International in Capitol Heights, Maryland, under a divine vision to “gather up the fragments and reach the city, the nation, and the world for Jesus Christ”

With relentless faith and strategic outreach, he built multiple impactful ministries—Koinonia Bible Institute, Jezreel Christian Book and Music Store, the Southeast Washington Tent Revivals, the Power Source Conference, and the Project Care HIV and AIDS Ministry—fueling a movement of spiritual and social renewal

He is also a multi‑talented artist, songwriter, and author, weaving poetry and painting into faith-based storytelling. Remarkably, his artistic journey began in 2019 after he watched a YouTube video—and painted his debut piece “Go For It” on July 21, 2019. He embraces every brushstroke as raw emotion, divine expression, and perfect imperfection

Outside the pulpit and canvas, Paul finds joy in books, community, and ministry. He preaches with clarity, passion, and a prophetic edge—reminding us all of the power of surrender, vision, and relentless hope.
