Lucy Fleming

Hi, I’m Lucy Fleming, an illustrator with a love for bringing wonderful stories to life through art.

Growing up in the countryside I fell in love with nature which has always inspired my work. I specialise in watercolours, ink, and pen illustrations, and I enjoy creating intricate and whimsical artwork that celebrates the beauty of the natural world.

I studied Animation and Illustration, earning a BA (Hons), followed by an MA in Animation with Distinction.

I'm now based in Sheffield and I’m delighted to have illustrated my first children’s book, The Little Adventures of Erig the Earwig, with author Andy Evans.

When I’m not drawing, you’ll often find me exploring on nature walks, enjoying a good cup of coffee, curled up near one of my two beautiful cats reading a good book or dreaming up my next creative project.
