Werner Roth is Senior Manager GTM Practice Solutions at NTT DATA with many years of experience in IT tendering. During his career, he has worked on the customer side as well as a programme manager and pre-sales consultant for various IT service providers. As head of a pre-sales department, he and his team of advisors have developed a powerful new work concept based on diversity, lean and agile approaches. Lean-Agile methods for sales organisations, consulting teams and IT service providers are his passion.
