Bobby Evers is a storyteller, finding inspiration in ordinary situations that often become memorable. He has just released—Air Mail and Chocolate Pie: Back to Boonetown— the third in a series of books about his life in a small southern town he affectionately calls Boonetown.
In his first two books—Shoes and Cheese: The Boonetown Chronicles and Death and Ham: Life is a Real Trip—the author introduces us to family, friends and a myriad of interesting and sometimes wacky characters.
In his writing, Bobby has found the greatest reward is connecting with readers through humor and celebrating the absurdities of life. Mr. Evers is a life-long Tennessean, a design and theater enthusiast and an avid traveler. He has worked in the construction business, and as an interior designer and architectural consultant for forty-years.
