From a young age, Judy Laner has harbored a deep passion for storytelling, a love nurtured through years of crafting imaginative tales for her grandchildren. Today, she brings those whimsical worlds to life as both the author and illustrator of the Fairy Land book series.

Her debut book introduced readers to an enchanting world of fairies, and she is excited to expand the series with her upcoming release, Fairy Land Follies. Inspired by the cozy bedtime routines she has shared across generations—with her mother, her children, and now her grandchildren—Judy creates books meant to foster family togetherness and sweet dreams.

When she’s not at her drafting table weaving new stories, Judy enjoys ballroom dancing, playing pickleball, and traveling with her husband, Joel.
