Wendy Boynton

Wendy Boynton writes cosy murder-mystery books which feature an unlikely pair of amateur sleuths in eighty-one year old Meg Thornton and nineteen year old Lauren Peachy. There are four books available so far in The Salisbury Murders series, with another three to come.

Currently living near Newcastle upon Tyne, Wendy was born and raised in the South of England, spending twenty-six years of her adult life living in the Salisbury area where her books are set. It is a city very close to her heart and she visits family and friends there as often as she can.

Wendy has followed a number of career paths including nursing, teaching and youth work, in addition to running a Bed & Breakfast during her time in France. Now retired, she finally has time to write her books!
