Mel Hammond

Mel Hammond is an Australian romance author who travels the country in her van making up stories about strong capable heroines who can save themselves in any situation but it helps if a ruggedly handsome hero strides onto the page to lend a helping hand. Mel has always, mostly, made a living from her writing, whether it be journalism, travel writing, podcasting, or teaching High School English. She has published literary and middle grade fiction, but her current obsessions are romantic comedies and small town coastal romances.
