Sue Radd

Dr Sue Radd is an internationally published author, speaker, nutrition scientist, dietitian and cook. Her Food as Medicine: Cooking for Your Best Health, was voted ‘Best Health and Nutrition Book in the World’ by Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. It was showcased within UNESCO headquarters, Paris, in conjunction with the Gourmand World Summit 2019. This book is also available in the German and Norwegian languages. Sue’s latest work is Food as Medicine: Cooking to Prevent and Treat Diabetes. Sue also co-authored the internationally published Eat to Live, which has been translated into the Korean and French languages. She was awarded Winner of ‘Best Nutrition Writing’ at the Vittoria Australian Food Media Awards for The Breakfast Book.
