Dr. Anthony Randall loves to serve people and teams. As Founder and President of Vanguard XXI, Anthony and his team transform leaders, forge excellence, and help leaders win. He has taught, trained, and coached over 15,000 professionals across the US Army, Special Operations Units, Major League Baseball, NCAA Division 1 Sports, Fortune 100 and 500 companies, small and medium size businesses, higher education, law enforcement, and non-profits. He's spent 27 years practicing high performance leadership as a leadership development executive, executive coach, Army Officer, Army Ranger, Army Chaplain, Ethics Instructor, Senior and Executive Pastor. His three leadership coaching courses are credentialed through the International Coaching Federation. He holds seven coaching certifications and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Anthony has authored three books and is a highly sought after keynote speaker. A 1996 graduate from the United States Military Academy, he has six combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds a Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary, Master of Theology from Emory University, and Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Seminary. He is a US Army Simons Center Fellow. A 30+ year martial artist, he holds a 3rd degree black belt in Japanese Jujitsu, 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and a Brazilian Jujitsu Brown Belt. Anthony volunteers in Rotary and the Boy Scouts of American and sits on on two non-profit boards, FCA Wrestling, and Skull Games. He lives with his family in Georgia.
