Dr. Alexander McNeece is an award-winning educator, author, and consultant focused on student engagement and healthy school cultures. A former administrator, principal, teacher, and coach, he brings deep experience in instructional leadership and curriculum development.
His passion for real-world learning began in the classroom, where he launched a program letting middle schoolers write, direct, and star in their own films, leading to theater premieres and higher assessment scores. As principal of Douglas Elementary, he turned the school from "failing" to an "A" on Michigan's EdYes assessment.
