Donna Litt

Donna Litt has spent the last decade as a business professional in the technology sector. Currently, she's the COO and co-founder of Uvaro, a certified B Corp and award-winning career success platform aimed at helping workforces across North America up-skill and advance in their careers. Prior to Uvaro, Donna led customer operations at TribeHR, a human-centric HR software company acquired by NetSuite Oracle. She is also a venture partner at Garage Capital, a Waterloo-based investment firm.

Donna holds a degree in archaeology from the University of Toronto. Creative writing is her escape. Donna’s father emigrated from Hong Kong to Toronto, where he met her mother, the daughter of Scottish and Hungarian immigrants. Their cultural fusion shaped Donna’s enduring sense of humor and love for the unconventional.Drawing inspiration from her background in archaeology and her deep family connections, Donna writes stories that explore themes of family loyalty and memorable adventures.
