JOSE ENRIQUE (Kike) GONZATTI is a dynamic Change Delivery Leader and Executive Coach, passionate about creating spaces where global organizations can find the intersection between their vision, identity, strategy, and execution that lead to continuous performance improvement and sustainable change.With a core belief that people are the perfect catalyst for positive impact and success, Kike has always felt attracted to teaching and coaching from school years (was teacher assistant at undergrad level and Venezuela's tennis coach for the team going to the 2003 Special Olympics in Dublin), and has been fortunate to find the space in his professional life to continue and expand that trajectory, making it over 3 decades of experience of insipiring personal change.

Kike holds a business degree with an especialisation in Marketing, an MBA from IE University and additional studies in Change Management and Leadership from Oxford University and Wharton School. Throughout his career, Kike has leveraged every opportunity to act as an Executive Leadership Coach and visiting lecturer on Leadership and Change Management, fueled by his passion for connecting with others and his curious mindset.

Kike's extensive experience as a managing consultant for top firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and NTTDATA has given him deep insights into supporting global banks in designing and implementing transformative operating models. From this, he has learned the importance of leading by example with authenticity, using coaching as a tool to cultivate growth in those around him while also pushing himself to continuously improve. Most importantly, Kike prioritizes self-compassion at every stage of the journey.

Born and raised in Venezuela, he now lives in London with his wife and two children. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys exercising, building Legos, spending time with family, and connecting with people from all walks of life. Kike feels deeply grateful for the growth opportunities he has experienced, including life-threatening situations, which have only reinforced his calling to serve and drive positive change in society.
