Flor Del Monte

Flor Del Monte was born on June 22, 1964, in the Dominican Republic. From an early age, she showed a strong interest in the business world, which led her to pursue a degree in Business Administration. Her thirst for knowledge and desire to lead with a more human approach drove her to earn a master's degree in Neuroliderazgo (Neuroleadership), a discipline that blends neuroscience and leadership to enhance workplace performance.

Her professional career was solidified in the banking sector, where she held leadership positions for many years. She rose to the position of vice president at a prestigious banking institution, where her innovative approach and leadership skills made her a respected figure in the financial industry.

Despite her success in the corporate world, it wasn't until the COVID-19 pandemic that Flor discovered her true passion: writing. This period of introspection allowed her to explore her creative side and find in words a new way to express herself and connect with others. Since then, she has published five books, where she shares her views on life, leadership, and personal development. She is currently working on two additional books, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to the art of writing and sharing knowledge.
