Dr. Bryan L. Malone ACC

Dr. Bryan Malone, ACC, CEO, and Founder of MGE Professional Coaching, LLC, is passionate about helping individuals become the best versions of themselves. He is an ICF-credentialed coach specializing in leadership coaching. Launched in 2019, MGE Professional Coaching, LLC offers coaching to high potentials, entry-level and mid-level management, and start-up entrepreneurs, as well as leadership training and keynote speaking services. His coaching philosophy centers around the idea that every client is capable and resourceful in discovering the solution that will take them from where they are now to where they want to be. Bryan has been featured in publications such as Memphis Voyager Magazine and the Memphis Business Journal, has been interviewed on WMC TV5’s popular news segment “Bluff City Life,” and has collaborated with esteemed partners such as Mid-South Executive Housing LLC and Nashville-based Black Business Boom. When not coaching personal clients, Bryan serves as a FedEx program manager and leadership facilitator, with over twenty-five years of corporate and leadership experience. He also serves as an adjunct instructor at the University of Memphis, teaching HR management, employment law, and employee relations courses. A native of Memphis, TN, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology degree from the University of Memphis. As well as a Master of Engineering Management degree from Christian Brothers University, a PhD in Business Managment, Leadership Specialization from Capella University, and a graduate certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. He and his wife, Natasha, have been married for eighteen years. They have four children: Tyler, Morgan, Daniel, and Penelope.
