Michelle Lorraine

Michelle Lorraine always believed that life is an adventure, and her journey is a testament to that philosophy. Having lived in a dozen cities and worked various roles, ranging from 5th grade teacher to TSA agent, Michele has gathered a wealth of experiences that have added to her compassion for others.

During her 32-year marriage, Michelle was a stay-at-home mom who transitioned to a corporate wife, relocating five times for her husband’s career. Whether it’s the beautiful vistas of Palos Verdes, CA, the cobbled streets of New Orleans, LA, the mountains of Montana or the beaches of the Jersey Shore, every place she called home left an indelible mark on Michelle’s soul.

It took years to earn her BS in English Education only to never have the chance to enjoy a career herself. Still, the desire to write was always a part of Michelles daily life though her journaling. The decision to write a book on such a private experience came from meeting so many other women who have experienced the same issues with the divorce discard and court system problems she has been through. All of these women have gone through this painful process with no guidance so Michelle knew she had to help them if she could.

Now, working with women as a peer partner, Michelle partners with other women going through contentious divorces and is starting a Gray Divorce Support Group in hopes to help every woman in these situations not only survive but thrive and be the best person they can be.

Michelle resides in Venice, Fl with her dog, Carly Jane, and she enjoys going to the dog beach, listening to powerful audiobooks, and taking road trips.
