From Shame to Honour is the story of Della's ancestor who was shot for desertion in WW1 and later pardoned. This book tells the story of the family secret, how it came to light and the 40 year research journey that lead to the truth.

Della followed in her families’ footsteps and is now a keen genealogist and family researcher. Della loves to tell a story and wants to make sure that people don’t forget the important events of the past. Her gandfather's World War 2 diaries were published in 2025 and tell the story of the London Blitz and life in the RAF in Europe.

Della Judd spent her corporate career in senior leadership roles in professional services. As a motivational Executive Coach and advocate for flexible working, wellbeing, and positive leadership, she wrote her career coaching book 'Get the job you really want' which was published in 2022 and a podcast soon followed.
