I graduated in physics in 1971 and worked as a semiconductor design technologist for ten years. In 1982, I started a company that I took public in 1993. After retiring from the CEO's role at Calian Group in 2006, I was elected as the Mayor of Ottawa, the Capital City of Canada. I researched democracy, which resulted in a white paper on merging direct and representative democracy using blockchain. Now, I am an author. It's a good life.
