Bethany Bell

Bethany Bell is an executive advisor, business strategist, founder, and author whose work sits at the intersection of leadership, organizational design, human behavior, and responsible innovation. Throughout her career, she has advised founders, executives, and organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and strategic change, leading to a conviction that the greatest challenges facing people and institutions are rarely solved by better technology alone; they are solved by becoming better stewards.

Her work explores the formative relationship between people and the systems they create, integrating biblical wisdom with systems thinking, leadership, organizational design, and the practical realities of modern business. Through seasons of success and failure, trauma and healing, certainty and surrender, she became convinced that the most important questions in life are not simply about what we accomplish, but about who we are becoming. Through this lens, she developed The Architecture of Stewardship, a philosophy that examines how people and systems continually shape one another, and how both can be intentionally stewarded toward faithful human flourishing, enduring value, and the glory of God.

What Are We Becoming is the foundational volume of this body of work, inviting readers to see beneath the visible structures of everyday life and reconsider one of the defining questions of our time: What are we becoming?

Bethany lives out her calling through writing, research, speaking, and executive advisory, helping leaders faithfully steward the people, organizations, opportunities, and technologies entrusted to their care.
