I'm Orla McAndrew, a zero waste wedding and event caterer with three magnificent girls at home.

I studied numerous food related courses throughout my life, and was fast approaching 40 and still didn't know what I wanted to do when I grew up. I had been a stay at home mum for 5 years and was beginning to wonder if I'd ever decide on a cateer path.

One day, I met a girl in a park who mentioned she was due to marry in six weeks but couldn't find a caterer. I jumped at the chance and suggested that I could cater the wedding for her!

Six weeks later, with a motley crew of family, friends and neighbours, we created the most magnificent meal for 130 people and I knew right away that I'd found "the thing" I was meant to do in life!

Since that first wedding, everything in my life has just gotten so much better. I'm.a better mum, wife, friend, and version of myself and I'm so grateful for all of the amazing opportunities that have come my way.
