Rod Cate

Rod Cate broke his neck playing high school football leaving him with partial paralysis. He has not let his disability slow him down. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Davidson College and earned his JD/MBA from the University of North Carolina. He is a lawyer, practicing over 30 years. He has written and self-published Get Back Up and Climb Back Up. He also hosts a podcast Rocket Motivation on which his guests tell their stories of dealing with and overcoming adversity. He has 3 grown children and lives in Spanish Fort, AL with Tamberly, his wife of over 30 years.
