Sandro Farina

Sandro Fulvio Farina Risso is a Peruvian clinical psychologist and humanistic psychotherapist, holding a Master’s degree in Health Psychology. His work focuses on accompanying processes of self-understanding, emotional healing, and inner reconciliation, particularly in individuals shaped by emotional rigidity, excessive self-demand, and narcissistic relational patterns.

He holds a degree in Clinical Psychology from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) and has specialized training in Humanistic Psychotherapy from the Humanistic Psychotherapy Institute of Peru, along with studies in Life Coaching from the Natural Health Science School in the United Kingdom. His therapeutic approach integrates clinical psychology, existential reflection, and a contextual understanding of personal, familial, and relational history.

Throughout his professional career, Sandro has supported individuals navigating emotional recovery and identity reconstruction, especially those who grew up with or were involved in relationships marked by narcissistic dynamics—both in romantic partnerships and within the family system. His work does not rely on labeling or confrontation, but on understanding the origins of emotional suffering and expanding each person’s inner freedom.

In addition to his clinical practice, Sandro engages in psychological reflection and educational writing, exploring themes such as the false self, relational wounds, emotional lineage, and the search for authenticity. Through his books and professional work, he invites readers to approach healing not as self-correction, but as a process of understanding and reconciling with one’s own story.
