Gregory Daujat is a 53-year-old human being doing his best to live an honest, present, and peaceful life. Born in Perth and based in Melbourne, Australia, Gregory has spent much of his life doing what many of us do—chasing success, approval, and all the things we’re told will make us happy.

But somewhere along the way, he realized that peace wasn’t waiting at the top of the next hill. It was here, now, buried under the noise.
