L. A. Taylor

While traveling throughout the United States with her military husband during his 20-year Navy career, L.A. Taylor taught English and academic writing to students from around the world. After her retirement, she returned to her first love—creative writing. Her recently published memoir, The Prodigal Mormon Mother: Losing My Faith, Finding My Son, is now available on Amazon. Her next book follows the true story of her great-great grandmother. After converting to Mormonism in Denmark in the mid-1800s, her ancestor emigrated from the long coastlines of her native land to a harshly rigorous life in a small desert town in central Utah.
