As an autistic, non-binary individual, Anik never quite fit the traditional business mold.

But starting in 2020, their combination of keen observation skills (thanks, trauma) and lessons learned (thanks, burnout) helped them provide much-needed guidance for their bookkeeping clients.

So they co-founded A&A Business Associates LLC to help overwhelmed neurodivergent business owners finally create a balanced business, by blending Sustainable Accountability Coaching with CFO and accounting services.

And then Heather helped make a little fantasy into a reality and the first of a series of Journals was born!
