Alexander DuCharme

Alexander has worked for many years as a senior executive and advisor in financial services, predominantly in investment banking.

His debut novel, Dark Pools, is an exploration of corporate and personal behaviours - behaviours with their underlying motivations and sometimes apparent contradictions.

As his boys, their friends and cousins, begin their career journeys, he wanted to share some of his own insights into the contexts of people's actions, in environments where ethics and integrity can so often be sacrificed on the altars of ego, greed and ambition - all wrapped within what he hopes is an entertaining and gripping multi-layered thriller, embedded with passion, romance and betrayal.
