Seda Surel

Seda Sürel is an educator, writer, and storyteller with over a decade of teaching experience across schools and international learning platforms. She holds degrees in Comparative Literature and History and is professionally certified in language education, including TESOL from Arizona State University and Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language from Istanbul University–Cerrahpaşa.

For more than ten years, she has taught Turkish to learners of different ages and backgrounds, combining academic rigor with creativity and clarity. She is the creator of "Learn Turkish with Seda" platform where she offers structured Turkish lessons and original learning materials for learners worldwide. She is also the author of the Everyday Turkish: Learn Turkish Step by Step vocabulary book series, designed to help learners build Turkish naturally and confidently.

Beyond language education, Seda writes children’s books inspired by wonder, imagination, and childhood memory. Whether teaching or storytelling, she believes in the power of words to inspire curiosity and lasting joy.
