WALLY SANTOS, born on July 11, 1989, in the city of Maurilândia, Goiás, Brazil, completed his academic studies at the Instituto de Ensino Superior de Rio Verde, where he earned a degree in Law. Seeking further expertise and specialization, Wally pursued postgraduate studies in Criminal Law at the Instituto Damásio de Direito.

His childhood and adolescence were spent in the municipality of Castelândia, a quiet and welcoming town also located in the state of Goiás, Brazil, where his roots and values were formed.
