Terry M Pack came to clinical research by an unusual route: military service, a career in IT as a manager and consulting-firm owner, then a nursing degree before moving into clinical research full-time. More than ten years later, first as a Clinical Research Associate and now as a Clinical Trial Manager keeping studies inspection-ready, he sees the work from three angles at once: the technology underneath, the patient at the center, and the regulated science that binds them.
