Daniel Szelogowski

Dr. Daniel Szelogowski is a computer science and choir instructor teaching high school and university coursework. His research spans the fields of music, signal processing, machine learning/deep learning, organoid intelligence, computational neuroscience, data science, education, and theoretical computer science. He focuses on tailoring educational material to be approachable for students at various ability levels, incorporating interdisciplinary approaches to develop new curricula. As a musician, he has performed internationally as a vocalist and nationally as a choir director. Dr. Szelogowski received his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Capitol Technology University, and holds an M.S. in Computer Science (with a graduate certificate in Applied Bioinformatics) and a B.M. in (Choral) Music Education and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
