Rob Mugglestone lives in West Sussex with his family, and works in the field of Organisational Psychology - principally helping people at work. He has a core interest in what makes people perform well that is grounded really in wondering what makes him perform well, and what the contributing factors are that seem to be present for high performance.
Beyond Marginal Gains is his first book, and there may well be a second book if the first one goes down well.
