Starrla Cray

Starrla Cray is an author, illustrator, teacher, and former journalist who creates character-driven stories filled with humor and heart. She holds an MFA in creative writing and has taught at the university level; now she spends her days teaching preschoolers. When she’s not writing or sketching, you might find her wandering nature trails, caring for her pet frogs, or snacking on mini marshmallows and dark chocolate chips.
