Leslie Motta

Leslie Motta is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Unscripted Global, an independent media platform dedicated to telling the human stories behind innovation. Through interviews, journalism, and original programming, she connects audiences with the founders, executives, entrepreneurs, creators, and changemakers shaping the future across technology, business, finance, sports, and culture.

Previously, Leslie served as Chief Operating Officer of Gokhshtein Media, where she led daily operations and strategic initiatives across its growing media network. She helped expand the platform through innovative marketing, creator partnerships, community engagement, and original content focused on blockchain, Web3, and emerging technologies.

Before her career in media, Leslie spent more than 18 years in the banking and real estate industries, specializing in organizational development, operational excellence, and leadership. She built a reputation for transforming underperforming teams into high-performing organizations by improving processes, increasing efficiency, and implementing scalable operational strategies. Her background includes certifications in Six Sigma leadership and project management.

In 2023, Leslie was a featured speaker at the 78th United Nations General Assembly Science Summit (UNGA78), where she addressed the challenges facing women in Web3 and advocated for greater inclusion and opportunity within emerging technologies.
