Gary Wilkins, DMin, was a pastor for 20 years before joining MLA Companies, a Christian-owned consulting firm. He combines his ministry and business backgrounds to help organizations scale while keeping their biblical values.
Gary’s particular area of interest is the relationship between systems, culture, identity, and community.
In his Doctorate of Ministry thesis, he developed a biblical definition and understanding of culture. From that biblical foundation, he has developed a model of organizational change and scale called Redemptive Scale.
