Rimsha Warda Syeda is a Pakistani-born, US immigrant, United States Marine Corps veteran, and former Submarine Engineer who has transformed her life into a profound journey of healing and empowerment. Now a Holistic Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach, Rimsha guides others in reclaiming their bodies, healing trauma, and awakening to their deepest truth.
For much of her life, Rimsha chased external success while running from the shadows of her childhood traumas. Despite being seen as a “successful” and “intelligent” woman, her achievements masked an inner void shaped by layers of sexual abuse. By age 25, she realized she had lost touch with her body’s wisdom, trapped in her mind as a means to protect herself from pain. She felt nothing—no joy, no pleasure, no aliveness.
Her breakthrough came when she decided to let everything go and embark on a descent into her body. This courageous journey led her to reconnect with her authentic self and cultivate true peace, joy, and pleasure. Today, Rimsha lives a life of radical authenticity, where all emotions—joy and sorrow, pleasure and pain—are honored and welcomed.
Rimsha’s work is dedicated to guiding others through their own transformative journeys. She creates safe spaces for people to heal the roots of their trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover their depth. Her unique approach combines body-based healing, shamanic practices, and feminine energy activation, empowering women to awaken their primal feminine power, activate their DNA, and unlock a life of profound empowerment, authenticity, and embodied leadership.
Through her teachings, Rimsha inspires others to reclaim their innate strength, align with their truth, and live a life of purpose and fulfillment.
