Tesi Hughes

Originally from Vienna, Austria, Tesi Hughes moved to England at the age of eighteen and has since made Surrey her home.

Her spiritual awakening began in 2018, opening the doorway to a profound and ongoing connection with her Spirit Guides. Through this partnership, she has published several books – collectively forming the evolving series The Soul’s Guide to the Universe.

Tesi’s work, both in her writing and in her healing practice, centres on self reflection, personal growth, and the spiritual evolution of the individual throughout their chosen life path.

She is dedicated to supporting others through Heart Centred Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing, and transformative group workshops that draw directly from the teachings within her books.

In addition to her spiritual practice, Tesi is an accomplished artist known as Snailpunk. She is the creator of The Walk, an immersive art experience previously exhibited in the ancient woodlands of West Sussex.

As a Published Author, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Energy Healer, Tesi runs her private practice, Healing a Moment in Time, where she offers intuitive All Life Regressions, Energy Healing sessions, and unique workshops inspired by – and interwoven with – her published works.
