David Price writes fun, engaging books that inspire kids to laugh, imagine, and love reading. From joke books packed with cartoons and silly humor to adventurous chapter books like The Misadventures of Ollie, his goal is simple: create stories children can’t wait to pick up again.

Known by friends as “the world’s biggest kid,” David believes there’s a child in all of us just waiting to laugh. His work has included a published book with Scholastic and features in USA Today, the Los Angeles Times, and NPR.

He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife, Catherine, and enjoys creating new adventures for young readers.
