Stephanie Brown

Stephanie Brown has a Bachelor of Nutrition in Dietetics from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Master of Arts student for Human Services Counseling with Liberty University. She attends seminary classes for theological equipping. As a Certified Personal Trainer, she teaches fitness classes to allow people to truly enjoy movement instead of seeing it as punishment or a “means to an end." As a dietitian in training, Stephanie seeks to take a non-diet approach to nutrition and health behaviors.

Stephanie is a faithful follower of Jesus who seeks to apply the gospel to her everyday life and help others see how it can transform their lives. She has a passion for helping people heal, specifically in their relationship with food, body image, and trauma, through faith in Christ. Her goal as an author is to help people see how Jesus truly meets us in the depths of our sin and suffering.
